With 11+ years in procurement and 20+ years in construction, I take a hands‑on, highly collaborative approach working with owners, designers, and construction teams as a true extension of the project. My background across logistics, manufacturing, and field execution means I understand what is needed, when it’s needed, how it’s needed, and where it’s needed to keep a project moving.

• Procurement & Construction: 11+ years leading procurement coupled with 20+ years in construction gives me end‑to‑end visibility; from design intent and budgets to install and close‑out.

• Logistics & Operations: As a former Logistics and Operations Manager, I know how to coordinate materials so they arrive exactly when the field is ready, avoiding idle labor and rework.

• Manufacturing Insight: As a past partner with an overseas furniture manufacturer, I understand how quality furniture is engineered and built, which informs smarter sourcing and value decisions.

• Owner/Operator Lens: Having led renovation and capital improvements inside management/development companies, I’m disciplined about finding value and sticking to budgets that actually work.

• Millwork & Field Accuracy: As a former team lead at a domestic millwork manufacturer, I’m meticulous about measurements, site coordination, and install sequencing.

• Vendor Liaison & VE: I actively serve as a vendor liaison, value‑engineering beyond FF&E to support additional scopes where it strengthens the project.
